Dear Mr. Wiley,

On this date at 11:30 AM I observed 3 motorcycle units parked in the Tiger Mart Exxon station.

Units 251 and 257 parked in the rear and unit 256 parked in the front.

At 11:50 AM I observed motorcycle unit 258 pull into the same station a park in front next to unit 256.

At 1:05 PM all four units were still there.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the reason you spent all of that taxpayers money for new cars and motorcycles was to create a presence of law enforcement on parish roads, not park them in back of gas stations and doughnut shops?

Please do not reply with that cockamamie excuse that it was lunch time. If you do then I ask wouldn't you want the majority of your force on duty policing the roads during one of the two or three times a day when traffic is at its greatest?

You feigned ignorance to my last accusation of sheriff vehicles bunching up instead of policing the roads. What is your excuse this time?
