Dear Sir:
This letter is a follow up to our conversation this date concerning the possibly dangerous situation of an exposed gas line on South Roscoe.
You have been made aware this date from our telephone conversation that this particular gas line was broken this past week by a parish and/or Gonzales mowing machine. From this information it should be quite evident that this situation should be a first priority problem. Evidently this is not the case as the danger still exists a week later after countless requests by telephone to have the problem removed.
Be advised with this letter that the town of Gonzales has been put on notice of this situation. If there is any property damage, injury or death after this date due to the towns inability to remedy this dangerous situation in a timely manor, that I will do my utmost to put this notice into the hands of those involved and their attorneys.
