There is no guarantee that the council member will read your email or if in fact you will get an answer.

It has been my experience that some members have not read an email until one month after it being sent and absolutely non existent. Keep this in mind when it comes time for re-election.

If your council member is not listed, then your chances of contact are even less than for those listed.
