Dear Sir:
This letter and the attached documents are in regards to the job you did for my son Robert, and the damage you incurred to the property. Your fee included matting to eliminate the type of damage done. I think you would agree that this is totally unprofessional and not conducive to customer satisfaction.
I assume that you are a professional person, and as such willing to do whatever it takes to undo the damage you have created.
I will wait until February 2nd for your response. I will then start legal action for recovery of costs to repair the damage you have incurred, file reports with all local Better Business Bureaus, and publish the attached advertisement to my web site at http://www.inascension.com. Something I’m sure you would not want to depict your business.
