to completing the installation of a school zone at Highway 74 and Dutchtown
School Road.
Your offer of
assistance from the Ascension Parish Department of Public Works to Mr. Clouatre
with the installation of the flashing school zone lights was most generous, and
shows your sincerity towards the residents of this parish. To be quite blunt,
this is exactly the kind of cooperation required to bridge the gap of this
parish’ convoluted infrastructure. Hopefully other departments within the
parish will recognize your willingness to cooperate, and in turn do the same.
