Subject: Random drug testing

Mr. Clouatre,

I would like to suggest that you implement random drug tests into the school system.

Starting with 6th grade through high school including teachers and staff.

Anyone testing dirty be given two choices.

1: Rat on the supplier.

2: Face criminal charges.

It would seem to me that this would be simple enough to implement using a computer to generate random names.

We do this every where else. Why not in our school system? In my opinion this is where drug testing should start. Not further along after someone has become addicted.
