March 27, 2000 Ascension Parish School Board Attn: Mr. Robert Clouatre Re; Resignations Dear Sir: I am again requesting you place my name on an upcoming school board agenda that I may publicly voice my opinions of School Boards actions. This time I bring to your attention Senate Bill No. 709 attached to this request. Your excuse rejecting my last request on the basis that the subject of requests for resignations be handled as a personnel matter is contrary to my interpretation of this bill in that I should be allowed public comment at any meeting of the school board. Please contact me at any of the above listed options in my letterhead with a time, location, and date of the agenda you wish to assign me to.
